Cheadle Discovery Group are a formally constituted group, who were formed in April 2014.

The group's purpose is to promote the heritage and culture of Cheadle and surrounding area, to both residents and visitors of the town. This is primarily achieved through displays and events. The group led a series of projects during 2014/15 for Cheadle's Great War Commemorations.

Members of the group contribute a nominal fee of £5 per year.

​

This fee entitles members to free admission, to at least two CDG organised events, per membership year.
